New zipabox unable to update or add zwave devices

Hi
Just installed new zipabox, showing online . I unfortunately have the following issues :
1: I am unable to update the firmware, I get the unable to update message .
2: I am unable to add any zwave device
3: I have added a virtual weather centre , the location has been recognised but the values are not updating.
I know I must be doing something wrong but can't wort out what it is.

The zipabox syncs Ok. I've redone the virtual weather station and this is working now. I am still having issues with the updates an adding devices.
