@admin, Is anyone from the zipato team ever looking at this forum. All my posts seems totally ignored. What's the point of posting questions/ideas here instead of mailing them to the "Outstanding customer service" ??

you obviously didn't looked at this forum very well if you are asking this question.
The main reason that we are not answering every single question posted here is because we are focused on fixing real problems submitted here on community, but we are also trying to respond to questions and ideas.
And don't worry, all questions will be answered, sooner or later. You can 'bump' your questions from time to time if they are not answered, and maybe even some other members would post an answer.
Regarding your questions, you posted two, and answer to both of them is 'Rule creator'. You could figure that out by now just by looking some other posts here on community.
