Solved

Hi,

I have currently no connection to my Zipabox or to the cloud. My Internet connection is working and I can see my Zipabox in my router list.

Any idea ?

Looks like they are down.....again. I really wish they would allow direct access to the controller through a DNS name or Static IP. My Internet at my house is much more stable than their infrastructure.

As it stands right now, we are all at their mercy.

Hi,

The monitor Zipato (https://my.zipato.com/zipato-web/Dashboard#) is back UP (HTTP 200 - OK) (It was down for 1 hour, 0 minutes and 34 seconds).

You said this wouldn't happen again a couple of weeks ago.

"Hello again,

I still have lag problems or at least I think so. The Zipabox is not receiving Temperature and Lumen Information from my Fibaro Motion sensor and Watt consumption of my greenwave power sockets is incorrect. It shows 250 watts consumption but it should read less than 50 watts when everything is turned off.

I knew it 5 days zipato consumer and already know that I made the wrong choice.

Such an unreliable product.

7h28 its on, but I have some troubles with many websites this morning including zipato...

Me too. It lags really long. Even yesterday the box green led did flash randomly. Must be a server issue.

here is the idea (hopefully zipato will read this). As with zipabox backup USB 3G modem, there should be a backup cloud provider. In case the main server goes down, the information is also stored on the backup cloud, so the system is working fine. It will be highly unlikely that both cloud providers would be down at the same time.

I guess although it sounds easy, it is actually not easy to implement...if possible at all.

The box would send info to both cloud solutions in one go.

In case you connect to the cloud and the main cloud times out, the system would automatically connect to the backup cloud. In case the backup cloud is down, system woudl automatically connect to the main could.

Upon any login, the system would try to connect to the main cloud as default...

Anyone likes this idea?

I cannot even update or raise a ticket. It might be possible that it affects also the ticketing system?

This is not true. I'm still unable to arm or disarm. Ticket was raised yesterday already.

Hi Milan. This is urgent for me today. Needs to be treated high priority as I'm planning to visit potential customers (house developers) today evening and tomorrow to get some deals. If the system lets me down, it is possible customers will not be interested.

Please focus on my issue (especially the alarm part) with highest priority.

Thanks.
