No connection to Zipabox

I've been trying to connect to my box for about a week now, but I'm not able to. The green light keeps blinking.


I can use my keyfob to control te predefined scenes, but it typically needs 5 minutes of pushing the buttons before it responds.


If I connect my laptop to the same wire I do have internet access. And rebooting also has no effect...


Do you have any idea what the problem can be?

Please contact us at support@zipato.com from the same e-mail address you used for registering to zipato.com ( to make sure it's OK, go to GENERAL WIDGET > GENERAL SETTINGS select DETAILS TAB and press SAVE BUTTON if the settings are correct).
