no reconnect automatly to the internet after box lose synchronisation ?

hello,
when my internet box loses synchronization, once the synchronization has returned, my zipabox continues to flash and does not reconnect to the internet, I have to unplug the power supply and reconnect it to find internet access

Got the same issue in previous version but solved since 1 ou 2 firmware version . . .
I make lot of test with Zipato's support team to help us . . . and there is no more problem for me . . .

In all occurrences of this issue that we had recently, this was caused by the router/modem, replacing it with another model fixed the problem.

what's the incompatibility type?
something about dns, dhcp, NAT, firewall... what?
I think router or zipabox logs can help to discover the incompatibilty.
if a zipabox is unable to reconnect but other devices can.. I think the bug stay on zipabox, and replacing router is not the right way.

i can replace it, it s a freebox french and other hardware reconnect good
