No rules works for me

I've been trying to make my Zipabox Duo control a Nexa EYCR-2300 and add a simple timer function to it.
I have no troubles adding the Nexa unit, I can switch it on and off in the Dashboard but it won't work with
the Rules Creator. No matter what I add in the rules creator, it just won't work. I am saving the rule and I do hit the synchronize button but still... Nothing happens.
Please take a look in the file I added, this is how I programmed the Zipabox

It just hit me, since the zipato is cloud based, is the zipato clock set to my computers internal clock?
