Non-Scrollable notification

Need Answer

Hi there,How can I edit or disable the settings for system notifications. For example: I get an Android notification every time I plug in or unplug a Fibaro wall plug. The message is not scrollable but I looks like it is a summary of the latest consumption. Clicking on the notification opens the zipato app on the last open screen, unrelated to the wall plug mentioned in the notification.

Thank you,

Martin

It's either somehow configured in alarm partition and you have set notifications for it or there is a rule with a message puzzle as Atiila mentioned. Take a look at your rules and see if you find one with a message puzzle. Open it and see it's contents, if that is the message you want to stop receiving just remove the message puzzle from the rule save and sync. You can also post a screenshot of the rule and we can help you decide if it's better to remove the puzzle or eliminate the block, maybe the rule has some other purpose also.

Well, notifications are not yet fully implemented as it should be expected.

Currently notification is just a push notification, there is no action behind it.

Hi Alberto,

the zipatobox and the plug came preconfigured in a set from my electricity supplyer, I havent't changed anything about the plugs except rename one of them. I can see an alarm under my virtual devices, could that be it or is it somewhere in the settings for the plug itselfe?

Thanks a lot, Martin

The consumption notifications are related to a rule (on the right side of the web ui. Go through of them and look out for a "send message" puzzle.

Hi all,

thanks alot for the pointers. There is an alarm partition under the virtual network devices. The box and plugs came preconfigured and based on the descriptions it looks like the purpose of this was something like a remote monitoring for elderly people.

All sorted now, thanks again!

Martin
