Offline Zipato Box

Solved

This morning,

the graphical interface show that box is offline, and firmware is outdated.

I click, it show that i am in version 0.9.9.9, but there is a version 0.9.9.1 avalaible (rollback ?)

I do not accept the 'downgrade' ..thinking of trouble with the offline status.

I go to the zipatobox, and see it blinking green ... i try a soft reset, then a on/off electrical shutdown, but it still come in the blinking green state.

Any helps appreciate.

After a reset . Green flashing all time. Internet connection is good so it seems there is some trouble outthere. How to recover?

Things come fine now, box online and no firmware update needed.

Yes, but it's not possible to create or modify a Climate Widget. Always "Unable to save thermostat"

Hy,

I can not update my zipato box because it's offline.

I am connected zipato box on my network, but blank led flashing all time and some time the green led is fixed, but not for a long time.

I pressed on the reset button, but it does not work

Could you help me ?

Thank You.

I have the same problem. Just purchased Zipabox today, and some power plugs. But as the confirmation e-mail took 12 minutes to deliver, the 2 minute "security" timeout was of course reached, and I had to start the resetting process. (This would not have happened if people were encouraged to create the online profile prior to powering up the Zipabox though.) At the moment the white LED keeps flashing for 10 seconds, and then the box seems to reboot, showing yellow LED. Has been doing that for about 1 hour now.

Another thing - the box was assempled in such a way that the reset button was stuck. It seems there is a 1 or 2 mm lack of space in the opening of the button. I had to disassemble the box, add 2 plastic shims, and put it back together. Then the reset button could move freely.

Y16x9e62L16turTLN6OLSo at the moment I only have an expensive box with a white and a green LED. And the distributor does not have more in stock so I can change :/

Hello Kjetil, you just needed to wait a bit more for the box to come online. There is no limit of 2 minutes any more. Now you started flashing process of the box by holding the button 2 while resetting it.

Anyway, please send us your ip address to locate your box as it is not registered yet...

I just saw that i am not the only one with upgrade problems... When it starts to upgrade everything seems fine, the zipabox is online, but after a few seconds it goes offline, and after a few more it goes back on. BUT, the upgrade is not successful. Why is that?

My zipabox is upgraded to version 0.9.999a (with support of Zipato) but now my control panel shows OFFLINE

(also with the old skin)

The curious situation is that i am still able to operate the lights from the control panel.

Anyone else has the same issue?

i also have problems with the virtual sensors. See next commend.

My zipabox is upgraded to version 0.9.999a. It seems that the virtual sensors are not working any more. When i send a http command from my browser to the controller i receive an acknowledgement from the Zipato server but looking at the control panel it seems that the data is not forwarded to my zipabox.

Anyone else has the same problems?

Regards,

Ruud
