online zipabox, no reaction of devices, and wrong username/password support site

Hello,
this morning I noticed my rules didn't start.
logged onto the zipabox.
zipabox says its online, no leds are blinking on the box itself.
but there is no reaction of the devices. can't switch or run anything.
also the support site gives me an invalid username or password.
what is going on?

This is really strange. Was the LED green or OFF, at that moment? If it was OFF this means that Zipabox lost the connectivity with the cloud, and maybe got ti back again very fast, so status indicator in the dashboard didn't change. In this case you shouldn't be able to control your lights remotely by using the dashboard.
As for the support page, you need to be carefull about CASE sensitivity when login to the support pages. Anyway, please send us your username to hello@zipato.com so we will check it out.
