Oregon THGR122N sensor

Solved

Hi,

I joined an Oregon THGR122N sensor to my Zipabox. The

temperature displayed isn't correct (-2°C displayed while the

temperature is about 20°C). Could it be because my sensor is a THGR122N

and not a THGR122NX ? (I don't really see the difference between the

two...).

Also, do you have in your roadmap the compatibility with

the Oregon THGN132ES ? It's the solar sensor, I would really appreciate

to be able to use it. I tried to associate it with the THN132N device type but it

didn't work.

Thank you,

Philippe

Hi,

I've just sent you an email with my login/pwd.

I have 3 oregon sensors connected :

- THGR122N (added as a THGR122NX)

- THGN132ES (added as a THGR122NX, the THN132ES didn’t work, I couldn’t

join it)

- THGR810 (added as a THGR810)

None of them works for the temperature (-1 or -2°C).

The humidity is close to reality, but there is a slight difference with the

actual one given by Oregon :

- THGR122N : 71% vs 69% on my Oregon monitor

- THGN132ES : 60% vs 58% on my Oregon monitor

- THGR810 : 59% vs 63% on the screen

There's a decoding error for some Oregon sensors which is fixed and will be available in the next firmware upgrade.

If you want your Zipabox updated sooner, contact support with your serial number and credentials.

Hi,

I've sent you another email yesterday evening, still not working (and now in addition I cannot join the THGR810 sensors).

Thanks,

Philippe

I sent you an email (ticket #KAD-474-29614), have you been able to check the problem?

Thanks,

Thanks, it now works.

I'm having troubles joining my THGR810 sensors, but I could join one (after 20 mn of trying), so I'll keep trying for the others.

There's still a problem with the THGR810 that we're aware of and are working on.

Fix will be available in one of the following updates.
