Is it possible to support the Oregon thermo hygro multi sensor THGR328N?

I can not join it, tried different Oregon device types, like thgr122nx, I have 3 of these thgr328n sensors.

Unfortunately we didn't get it yet.

Please open a ticket at support.zipato.com, include box serial and make sure sensor is ON and in range, and I'll try to support it remotely.
