My probes Oregon THN132N are not detected.

PS: sorry for my repetitive messages, but the procedure for reporting problems does not seem clear for me.
Indeed, the answer to the first contact was: "This is a known bug. Contact us at support@zipato.com and we will fix your problem", but support@zipato.com says he does not support without I utise my registration address, as I did.

However, the temperatures given are not correct: -0.9 °C for one, -1.7 °C for the other, instead of 23 °C.
Is it a bad decoding, and can it be fixed?

There's a decoding error for some Oregon sensors which is fixed and will be available in the next firmware upgrade.
If you want your Zipabox updated sooner, contact support with your serial number and credentials.
