Need Answer

I forgot my password to zipabox how can I erase old to connect again . i have the zipabox but i can't open the web center when i write the serial number i have an answer that it was recording. how can i do ?

usually this would require you signing into the support page here https://support.zipato.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit but as you have no password to do so, just send an email to support@zipato.com from your email you registered your device with.
