ph-psm02.eu motion sensor not resetting
I am using ph-psm02 Quad Sensor like this http://www.hometec.at/wp-content/uploads/ph-psm02.eu-zipato-multisensor-quad-new.pdf
First problem is that it does not show as Quad device at all, there is only one value for both magnetic and motion trigger, I can't figure out how to detect if door was opened or motion was triggered. Temperature and light level readings are OK. I would really like to use the sensor in quad mode.
Second and much more important problem is that the sensor never reports if motion has stopped. If motion happens, then triggered state is reported and it never returns to "not triggered". If I remove magnet, then the triggered state is reported, when I reattach the magnet then nontriggered state is reported. Only way to get the sensor into nontriggered state after motion is to trigger and untrigger magnet. This problem renders motion detection virtually useless, how to fix that?

My problem is the opposite. After the magnet is removed, the alarm resets after about 30 seconds even when the magnet is kept removed. I am sure this is a parameter problem. Need to get documentation on which parameters to change.
