Hello,

I joined the plug switch/meter Philio PAN 11-1 (please check the product on http://philio-tech.com/). it should work as switch+meter, but on the zipabox page I can see the meter under the "Meters page" but with no power consumption data. On the IOS app I cannot see the meter but only the switch.

Don't know for sure if the product is 100% supported.

Please contact: support@zipato.com of http://support.zipato.com about this. And please post the answer.

Below their answer:

Greetings,

This device is not supported yet, that's why you don't see meter readings. We will add support for this device soon.

Any news on the compatibility for the PAN 11-1?

Hello,

is it already supported ?

I cannot see the WATT meters, only 'state' and 'on/off switch'.

Thanks

Günter

When I installed the device, it dod not work properly. After checking the compatibility with the zips to staff, they made some adjustment in the system and told me to delete the device and making the pairing again. Now it works properly.

Also the actual state of the switch in not usable in rules for me.

Wanted to start a timer that switch off the device after being set to on manually, but there are no attributes are visible in the rules manager when the device is put into a sensor block. Anyone confirm this issue?

That works for me.

I created a rule (just for trying) if power consumption >0.5

Wait 30sec

Set state to off

Worked fine.

I correct myself, evry function seem to work properly.

Instead of some led lights i connected the switch to my washmachine and with the higher energy consumption i got som data to the "total consumption meter"
