philips hue don't work

Hi , I can't paired my hue hub : alway configuration failed . What to do ?????

Is the paradox plug in working ??? before I buy the interface

Philips Hue is not yet supported, i know you see it in add devices but you willed to wait a bit

I have a Zipatile Firmeware 1.03 and its also not working.. same problem.. any solutions?

Please contact support. It will work OK, but you will need to re-join philips hue again.

what means "re-join"?

have the same issue. I already reseted my hue bridge and set up all from scratch, but don't get it working.

you have to upgrade the firmware first to latest beta. This is why you should rather contact support to help you. The change has been done, since you can manage each bulb separately as a device, not endpoint. This is useful for creating rules later.

I also have some issues with hue not sync, what is the last beta firmware, i have also 1.0.3 but when i want to update to last beta my zipatile the screen changes a few times but nothing happens and stays at 1.0.3

new beta with Philips Hue redesign has just been release on Friday. Please contact support@zipato.com and they will help you tomorrow. In case this beta is fine, it will become official release next week.

Beta or not, not all the function are available on the hue bulbs.

If rules create with ACTION OFF ..does not work.

This box is a nightmare !!

Update your FW to 1.013 beta. There it works. Did it at weekend.

Try to restart the box by disconnecting from mains, then after that try again. Was for me the solution.
