Philips Hue no endpoints

Bastian shared this problem 9 years ago
Solved

Hallo Leute,

Vielen Dank schonmal

Grüß Basti

I have the same issue - writing with support - no help at all IVAN - just basic try new cables - try with DHCP - and linking to the same video https://community.zipato.com/knowledge-base/article/philips-hue-adding it is not working. On the other hand, a Ras Pie with Domoticz on it, works perfectly on the same network, ther must be something not working for Zipato here.

Hello guys,

we had troubles with debugging since we were unable to reproduce this issue, inclusion always resulted with all the endpoints on Philips HUE for us. We tested a fix with a few of our Users and this issue was resolved. A fix should be released with the new beta firmware, the one after 0.9.999.7c.

I'm on the version D now, still Phillips Hue is not working "Failed Configuration" - and via the Mobile app while adding the Hue it added my Hikvision Security cameras. "What!" - so toke all units off the network only my pc modem zipabox and router - still error. Using https://www.domoticz.com/ open source solution on a RP2 it just workes "every time"? Was it supposed to be fixed in version D.

I still on the C beta version and they sent a fix to my box and it is working.

Got all Bulbs but the names are not correct.

Get the names right and it will be perfect.

Still to try them in the rules...

Hello Martin,

have you deleted the old Philips HUE, the one without endpoints? Please delete it, Synchronize your Zipabox and try the inclusion again.

Hi Hrvoje,

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :0)

I did go under IP and delete the Phillips Hue - and made a SYNC.

Than tryid again and for the first time ever - i now have Phillips Hue Bulbs available under Actuator.

Thats so fantastic! Thanks Zipato and keep up the fantastic job!

I´ve got the same issue. I can include the Philips Hue Bridge 2 (with HomeKit Support), but it has no endpoints/devices to control.

It worked perfectly with domoticz and raZberrys zway but now i switched to zipabox with fw 0.9.999.8q and i can only include the bridge without any lights (one Iris and two Strips+) :/

Maybe it is a problem with user-rights for the api access?

Try to upgrade to the latest beta 8x4. Then do the same procedure - remove, synch, include, synch.

and make sure that all lamps are on during the inclusion!

Do you have Philips Hue? Is it working for you fine? I know they had problems before, but I dont know right now if these lights are working fine or not.

working fine? not at all... : ) But i remember that it was important to turn all lights on for a successful inclusion
