port webcam disappears from the config

Hello, this is several times that I have to set the IP address dema webcam, because the port disappears alone.
At the beginning it work and after a while it disappears Administrator URL so nothing works ??
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
The problem is more than a month.
I opened a ticket on 21 October.
The first response and closure of the ticket told me that the problem will resolve with the next firmware.
The firmware is out and I updated my box but still the problem .
I opened the ticket on November 2nd and I have no new until November 21 and was told that the problem is solved. . . so I tested soon but still the problem !!!
I do not know what's so complicated but it is very disagreeable ! !

Hi, I'm surprised not to have had the support response for IP camera port of the bug.
Is there a date scheduled for the correction of this bug because I think there have been several requests about this but no answer.
