Possible to integrate Chuango sensors?

I have a Chuango G5 alarm system set up and wonder if I can integrate any of the sensors in a new Zipabox Duo setup?

it you open a door the state goes to open and after 5 sec. to close even if the door is still open

From Chuango G5 alarm system you can integrate RC-80 (Wireless Remote Control), PIR-910 (Wireless Pet-Immune PIR Motion Detector) and DWC-102 (Wireless Door/Window Contact).

Did you try re add those devices which are not working correctly.
Please, if the difficulty persist, open a ticket on our support site: support.zipato.com so we could examine this issue. We didn't got any other complaints about this so it could be possible that this is an isolated case in your system.

Just added a Chuango door sensor. Twice. Same result. State changes back to closed after 5 seconds regardless of contact position. Is there any way to fix this issue?
