problem everspring HAC01

I have include the everspring HAC01, I show it as SWITCH REMOTE BINARY under light and Power.
But when the contact is on the switch the state is not see by the box.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Do you know when thie box will be compatible with this module ?
