Problem Horstmann HRT4-ZW

I try to configure my thermostat (Horstmann HRT4-ZW), but I can't configure the set temperature? Now I'm not able to turn on/off the central heating
In the window meters there is a red exclamation mark nearby the configuration button.

Did you try to refresh your browser CTRL+F5?
Regarding the exclamation mark, this means you are not receiving the response from the Horstman thermostat. Take your Horstman and find small switches on the back side. First one on the left side should be in lower position (for any case, put it up and down again). Let us know what is happening. I tried F5 several times. I also rebooted the zipato box, but the problem continues.
The little switch on the Horstman is in the lower position, so that can not be the problem.
(I'm able to see the temperature on the Horstman Thermostat itself)
