Problem of synchronization

I cannot synchronize my zipabox always it writes sycnhronization failed "although my box is online.

Big big problem no adding no removing devices nothing is working

Maybe you have an activated alarm partition?

Try with the api ...and make sure that the time out time is high.

If still no luck then disable all your rules and sync. Then try to find out where the problem is.

no,

you do not loose any data. I have sometimes same problem. If you see after 3 trials you cannot add a device. Just reboot. I put out the mains, wait a minute and then reboot. After that it works fine. Not elegant but it works.

But why one i add a fibaro motions sensor it will only display motion and the other features of the motion sensor (temperature, luminance") do not show their values?they show aonly"-" instead the value is that related to incompleted synchronization before rebooting?

This can have several reasons - as far as I know:

- directly after sync a new device sends sensor data after a time lap. This can be seconds or minutes.

- sometimes some sensor data do not have the tick to be shown in the browser

- or the inclusion did not work right and you have to redo it.

i think the main reaso is that because the inclusion did not work right so that i included the same motion sensor with the same box before and was fine and this becuase the problem of synchronization appeared before rebooting my box i will try and check again let you know friend!!
