Problem registering Range Extender

Hello, I have an Aeotec Z-wave Range Extender module. it's a Europe spec device, which should be compatible with my new Zipabox... I press "join" and on the device I press it's button, but I do not get acknowledgement.
Pleasecan you advise what the issue might be? any help to get it to link together?

do you need my zipabox serial number to investigate. It's firmware is uptodate according to dashboard.

This problem request has been moved to "known" so perhaps the Zipato engineers are aware of the problem? it's be nice if someone could say!

Maybe problem has gone away. Perhaps button-switch on range extender was not working properly.... I tried again, pressed it hard many times in quick succession, and it associated, stopped blinking....
