Virtual Sensor state change
Answered
Hello,
When I want to create Virtual Sensorfor test,or if I want to create a sunset/sunrise module (tuto : http://maison-de-geek.com/2013/05/tuto-zipabox-ajouter-un-module-levercoucher-du-soleil/ ) i doesn't work.
When I put the URL xxxxxstate=true or xxxxstate=false, the virtual sensor don't react.
Why ?
Thanks.

try to create your own recipe instead of reusing mine.
It's almost as fast: create recipe, add trigger by weather module, add action with google drive.
And maybe just to be sure you could create a new sensor and test the URL from your borwser before.

Ok, thanks, but I create 2 news recipe, a new sensor, and i have the same problème.
The real probleme is the http virtual sensor don't react by a http request.
In fact, i have a lot of problem with this box, it's starting to annoy me.

Again, this is not a problem, but a question as everything is just fine with the box. You just don't know how to use it properly and yet, it is annoying you...
Posting questions in to the questions area will get you an answer faster, as the problems area is only being checked to find an solve the problems with the box.

What happens if you put the sensor true/false URL in a browser?

@technopat, you are definitely doing something wrong... Maybe you didn't take complete URL, because I just checked and your sensor is working fine. I also see state changes from yesterday.
If you still have problems please send us your credentials to support@zipato.com

Ok, I made severals tests with Win7, Ubuntu and finally it works with Firefox under MacOS !!!
Ok, now I receive a serial number like response.
And finally it works with IFTTT recipe : I disabled the parameters "Auto shorten URLs" in IFTTT settings.
Thanks.

Hehhe, great. Don't ask why it doesn't work in IE :)

URLs for activate/deactivate sensors should work in all browsers under any OS. If you copy URL and paste it in the browser address bar and press enter it will just call web service, there is no any client side logic.
