Problem with adding new devices

Hi guys

I have a problem with adding new devices to my zipabox. I configured ZIPABOX step by step. In the box the light is always green. I also upgrade new firmware to 1.2.29. When I click on the z-wave icon, its apppear a screen with information: step 2: restarting devices, network not available.

My router supports DHCP... Please help me solve this problem.

you need to open a ticket with support. It is an easy fix, but support need to do this for you. I know its a pain, you can try resetting the box to factory defaults again and see if this works while you are waiting for support.

For a hard reset Press and hold Button 2 on your Zipabox and then briefly press and release Reset button.

Keep holding Button 2 for 5 seconds and then release it.

it was okay from 2 weeks but now i have a problem with synhronize my box and i added my devices i cannot save it (and appear "failed to rename devices"). Please help me.
