problem with aeon laps multi sensor

hi i have a 4 in 1 sensor from aeon laps

it was already added to my system but suddenly no data return and motion detection detect motion only even there is no motion

i tried to remove device and i removed it

but when i tried to add it again it refused to be added ????

the detecting state detect the device but a message appers that it is not recognised kindly advice

suddenly as it stopped it returned back to work

all what i expect that i changed is refreshing the browser nothing more ????

but i also noticed that the lamentation sensor response using the battery deffer from using the wire,

also the power consumption is too high while using the battery that lead to approximately 50% battery consumption for almost a month ???

as there any suggestions ?
