Problem with my rule of security
Known
I made this rule of security using
1- MINI KEYPAD
1- MICROMODULE SWITCH DOUBLE
2- MULTISENSOR QUAD
1 INDOOR SIREN
When I select option Away the siren triggers the sound of emergency any idea what's wrong????
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Alberto Macias,
I made all settings Virtual alarm however when I test I see that all doors are closed also check the movement sensors They are detecting some movement if everything is ok,
I go to the keypad and tightening (Away) Siren Sounds Emergency Sound 3 times every 2 seconds is for, when I open the door the alarm did not fire nor sent any push message, It would be a problem in my rule or settings Virtual alarm??????

Willias,
I see you have messages configured for each IF condition that may be triggering the siren, check which one you are getting and that would be the sensor that is triggering the alarm. Remember that some sensors like motion have state cancellation delays. So maybe you already exit the zone where the motion sensor is and "Arm" the system, the rule runs but this sensor is still in "MOTION" state.
One suggestion, why you don't use a the zipato virtual alarm device for your security system. It is easier and more efficient than creating rules plus you have some configurations that would be helpful to resolve this issue, like exit/entry delay, take a look at the following post.

Willias,
You should be able to use it, I have a yale door lock with an embedded keypad (Which is actually recognized as a keypad on zipabox) that you can configure in the alarm. First of all, you need a user created on zipabox (which you at least have the master, but whichever user needs alarm privileges) then in alarm settings (gearbox icon in alarm partition on device browser), select users tab and you should have listed all your users, pick whoever you want and select your keypad device and the user event you want for arm away/ arm home/disarm/panic, please not in my case the event from the lock "AM2_CerrojoEPrinc AWAY" is active when I unlock my door lock, and "AM2_CerrojoEPrinc HOME" is when I lock my door lock. In order to make this work you have to give rights to the user by clicking on the name of the user while in users tab in alarm partition to get access to the menu shown in the third image.

Alberto Macias,

Willias,
I had to translate your text (don't speak portuguese) I hope I understood correctly. First things first, make sure that after you added all your zones and configured properly (perimeter, interior, safety, etc. read the description on the dropdown menu. Basically all your door sensors would be perimeter and motion sensors inside your home would be interior. After you are done adding all zones make sure you synchronize the controller, and it should look like attached image ("alarmreadytoarm") if all your sensors are ok to arm, if not it will be shown in red. Also I would recommend you to read carefully the configurations for each zone such as entry/exit delay, etc.
After you did all these check the main configuration of the alarm, I have attached mine. I don't know why you added several times the same device to alarm and squawk, it only needs to be one time. In my case I use as squawk some LED strip lights triggered on rules so they are not configured directly on the alarm. It is very important if you are going to use your keypad to arm/disarm that the setting "quick arm" is thicked, otherwise it won't arm/disarm based on events of other devices than virtual alarm.
In the "reports" tab you can configure notifications by email, sms or voice so you get notifications every time your system is tripped, or you could also combine these with rules too.
Let me know if you have further questions.
