Problem with the security module my zipabox.

hello,
I have a problem with the security module my zipabox.
I configured the zone 1 of Double End-of-Line resistor area and I wired in accordance to what the result (resistors 5,6kiloOhms value).
This does not work! Only self-protection (zone 1 up) works and sounded the siren.
I did some testing configuration without resistance and it works well but I need to make a duplicate wiring resistance because I want to activate self-protection at the sensor.
