the new update of zipato app does not work

Having the same problem with all of my Samsung Galaxy Tablets using the Android APP.. I am able to install the APP but it will not Open. I keep getting the message that "Zipato is not working:. This is a critical issue!!

I have verified that it is not my network and that my IOS App is working fine with my I-Phone and I-Pad. Also, I checked with a customer and that the Android APP is working fine with his Android Phone.

Pleas advise immediately.

Forgot to add that the tablets worked fine until the firmware update!!!

My Zipato App on my Zipatile is not working since some days now. It is not able to connect to the Zipatile itself, but it connects to a second Zipabox I have. I can connect to the Zipatile from any other device both iOS and Android and obviously from the Web. From the Zipato app on the Zipatile, when I open the list of available boxes for my account, I see 2 Zipatiles, the Zipabox and a very long list of non existing Clusters that I have never created. On top of that all my rules with scheduler, are not working. I have not find anyway to uninstall the App from the Zipatile to try to reinstall it from 0.


What can I do? I have opened a ticket with Zipato support, but I'm still waiting for a fix...

I'm very disappointed and want to fix it quickly.
