Problems setting up heating with Fibaro sensors

I purchased a Z wave Zipabox I am having some trouble setting it up. My kit contained the Zipabox & 5 Z Wave TKBHome metering socket & 2 motion sensors by Fibaro. I bought these to control some electric heaters. Below are details of the control panel. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

My aim with the above is to control my heating with the temperature details from the Fibaro motion sensor. Currently however it seems when the temperature falls outside the parameters the sockets are only activated when motion and not solely by the temperature as I would like it to.

I have attached a word document with screenshots of my control centre. If you could take a look and point me in the right direction that would be great. I suspect the issue is with the setup of the Fibaro sensors.

Many Thanks

Haydn

Thermostat temperature input device need to be a temperature sensor, not motion sensor. If Fibaro's temeperature sensor is not available, then there is some error in device visibility or config, indeed.
