Problems with aeon multi sensor

Is it normal that the aeon send an event only every hour ? And since yesterday i can no more see any motion event :/

The temperature is not displayed after an hour.

Not be able to parameterize our peripherals as desired is not normal.

I am disappointed by your "zipabox."

Guillaume, you can setup parameters of your aeon device if you go to the device manager within a "general widget", select "aeon multisensor" and than select "configuration tab" (please find picture attached). Here you can set "response interval" for each atribute of aeon sensor. After you change the configuration, you have to "SYNCHRONIZE" to apply changes to the device...

Regarding the temperature, there was a certain issue with the default configuration of aeon multisensor (sometimes it didn't fully apply to the device from the first wake up of the device), now we changed the default configuration and this issues should be solved.

Sebastien, sorry for your dissapointment with our Zipabox. I think you gave up too fast, as you were trying only a few hours, with only two devices. Anyway, if you will have any problems returning your Zipabox to your supplier, be free to contact us, and we will support your regarding money back guarantee.

I'm agree with Sebastien, your "demos" looks nice but your device looks still in experimentation mode :(

For the temperature it's ok now.

I feel more like a beta tester than a real user, i hope that you will compensate that :)

Ok i found the device manager, what is this value ? Min seconds or hours ?

The cloud system does not suit me as much too slow and non-secure (SSL without public key). Finally alone "Vera3" could suit me because of his system "Stand Alone".

I tried to put a rules for my aeon but it totally don't work.

I also see that the motion works on the controller because the red light show when i'm front of it. But in zipato last event it doesn't show the motion_on :(

My message to Aeontech :I just bought a multisensor and I associated it to my Zipabox.The reporting is OK for Temperature, Humidity and Battery, but something weird happens with the Motion sensor.Indeeed, I receive false ”MOTION” at every wake up interval.For example today (nobody at home, sensitivity at around 50%) :
