Push notification not working

Just checked it. Works for me! (I'm using the "direct" push-method from Zipabox, not a 3rd party solution like pushing box or newtifry).

I got a strange behavior with the push notification. I'm also using the direct push-method from Zipabox and in fact I get ONLY the sound without any banner, text and badge.

Of course the notification is configured in the right way (see attach) and I altro tried to remo the app and install again; restart the iphone, and so on.

But I get ONLY the sound...

Any idea?

I assume it has worked before? Or is it a new notification? I know it's a little bit tricky to configure...

Otherwise, I haven't any idea. Maybe it's because the server lags/problems they have during the last weeks (see other threads).

When I think about it: As you say, you get a sound message on your iPhone, I don't think it's a problem of the Zipato Servers....

Of course worked before...

I have iOS 9.2.1 (13D20)

But sound strange that I can get only the sound and no text, and badge...

Our team have test your scenario. You have only enter the subject inside message puzzle.

It will be necessary also to enter dedicated message inside message puzzle.

Please let us know, if the issue persist after this step.
