Qees dimmers recognized but not included?

I tried...:

I used diffrent email adresses for my zipabox and the forum but both dont work...

Druw >> at the dashboard >> general setting >> Details >> fill in all details >> Save >> then sunc >> try emailing support again.

Ok, this makes absolutely no sence since all info was there except that my email adress started with a capital letter. Changed it and now it worked...

Who would guess email adresses are case-sensitive...

By the way, I know that some of these dimmers are directly included by the box... different UUID or something?

Don't know the answer about the UUID.

I think there is something wrong, because I have a Qees dimmer and it included fine and has worked for the past week.

Still waiting on Zipato support....

I have bought three dimmers from qees. I had the same problems.

But ater trying several times, they all connected to the Zipabox.

I dont know what was the cause that it didn't work the first time.

But I noticed that in the last two cases the led was green and the lamp was on.

After the device was found I keep repeating the procedure: three quick pushes and wait 2 seconds and then again three quick pushes and so on until the unit is saved.

I had the same problem and solved it with the solution of Anjos:

- Light on

- press 3x

- wait 2 seconds

- press 3x
