Qubino Flush dimmer : Offline
Known
Hi
I just received my Zipabox.
I try to connect Qubito Flash Dimmer. Some are recognized and do the job.
Some are recognized and fails in OFFLINE.
Once in OFFLINE, no way to bring them back in the network.
Any idea ?
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Can it be that once a device is OFFLINE, it can not be removed (exclude in the Z-Wavre vocabulary) ?
And that, if we remove it from the config, some data are not deleted and prevent the ZIPA from adding, resetting or remove the module ?
Is there a way to dump the ZIPAbox to check for any corruption ...
Or is there anyway to access logfiles, trace or raw data ?
Thanks

But try removing it manually (>> all devices >> right mouse button on device >> delete)
Then reset the module first and then rejoin. Make sure it's close to the zipabox.

Seems I forgot to press "SEND"
I already did all of this BEFORE contacting support.
Just simply a nightmare.
