"quick" scheduler setup directly in "light & power" dashboard

Add a way to schedule the next switch toggle directly via the dashboard, without creating a rule.
Example: if a switch is ON, set it to OFF in xxx hours from now or at XX:XX today

I have the same need. I bought a Philio plug meter/actuator and I need to schedule it according by my particular needs: for ex I need that the switch is on at a particular hour or after a precise time (time delay). it cannot be managed by a rule 'cause the need (time/hour) can change time by time. I think that you should add a scheduler into the ios/Android app in order to set up the scheduler quickly and easily.
