How do I use this remote with the Zipabox? The one most frustrating thing about the Zipabox is the lack of documentation on how to "pair" devices. Just the "include" and "exclude" stuff. What does that mean with a remote control?

it is easy to pair, just include ZRC-100 to Zipabox, and scan device using ZRC-100 on Zipabox network.
