hello

tonight, i spent 1 hour and i still have a no working door sensor. i am very disappointed.

changed the battery on this stupid fibaro sensor and it was not recognized anymore.

so i removed it from the GUI and tried to add it again. no way i could make it working

how possible things are so complicated when they could be so easy.

tried to exclude, tried to put the zipabox at 1 meter distance, tried to push this stupid button 3 times quickly, then 1 time long and then tried to read the manual from the fibaro door sensor and its totally useless.

i feel like throwing all this zipato zwave down the toilet ....

i feel that when apple will come out with his homekit, this zwave will end up like all nokia phones...

making things complicated will bring you nowhere

goodbye from me

Don't put it down the toilet, this might block it and you'll be worse off. Best is to submit a support ticket. :-)

hello,

thanks for both comments, funny and useful.

Actually i am more angry to Finaro than to Zipato.

In fact who designed this Fibaro door sensor is an idiot.

1) why should it get reset'ed once i change the battery?

1) I already glued the door sensor to the door. Now i need to remove it from the door because i need to make it rejoin the Zipoabox. If there is a button inside, why not use that one??

Again, I will never buy a Fibaro product anym, ore in my life.

thanks Zipato support, marevellous support.

I still remain on the idea that Fibaro made such a stupid product, only a psychopat could design such a complicated sensor...
