Hi,

I connected my RF 433Mhz module into slot 2 of my zitato

controller.

The controller is online but i don’t get it how i can add

the 433 Mhz module or where i can see the module.

Is it possible that i can get some pointers how to start,

can you tell me how or where I can find the module and how I can add it to my controller?

Kind regards,

Edwin.

Hi Edwin,

You do not need to add the module, just start adding devices.

When i start adding devices i get a list of devices that i can add.

I read somewhere that i can use zigbee, but that doesn't work.

The controller gives the messages "You don't have selected network!"

Hello Edwin,

Do you have Zigbee external module or an internal module inside your Zipabox? If you do not, you cannot add devices that use Zigbee protocol.

Hope we could help.

Hello,

Excuse me, I did not get the answer what I looked for. You have wrote that you have and external expansion module but I still do not know which, ZigBee or 433MHz? 433MHz module is intended for 433MHz devices and ZigBee module for ZigBee devices, you cannot add 433MHz or ZigBee devices on Zipabox if you do not have an appropriate module.

If you need help, please contact us on support@zipato.com from your registered e-mail address with Zipato.

hello,

Sorry for the confusion but i have a 433Mhz module, and i thought that i read somewhere that you could add this as a Zigbee.

I wanted to use the module for a KaKu protocol ( Klik aan klik uit a Dutch brand )

PS,

The module is connect in slot 2 and i don't use any other extensions modules.
