I've got a problem since few days,

my zipabox generate some Rf interference

I have a alarm (electronics Line prime ) that run on the 868 bandwith like the zwave protocol.

When my zipabox is power-on, my alarm no longer able to join some of his detectors.

it seems that zipabox using all the bandwidth.

there is any change who explain this problem ?

Sorry for my english, I'm a french user

Zipabox uses Z-Wave modules directly from Sigma designs. The modules are pre-tested and certified to comply with the relevant standards. Furthermore, Z-Wave protocol imposes strict guidelines for RF spectrum usage (<1%) for transmitters. Therefor it's highly unlikely for Zipabox to interfere with other equipment following the same regulations.

If the radio in your alarm unit has poor selectivity and is affected by the spurious emissions from Z-Wave module in RX mode, try moving Zipabox at least 1m away from your alarm panel. Also check the power status (batteries?) in the sensors which fail joining to the alarm.

If the problem persists contact us through the support.
