RFID Keypad - Adding tags and PIN

Need Answer

I'm trying to install the RFID Keypad. Adding the device itself was easy.

But now I'm struggeling with adding iRFID tag and PIN. I've followed the steps in

but I get the following message after the countdown:

"Failed to learn new code" followed by "learn process timed out"

Can't be so difficult - just pressed "Home" and then (while the LED was on) entered "1234" followed by "enter"

After pressing enter the LED turns off

Same issue when trying to add the RFI tag.

I also put the keypad right in front of the zipabox ...

What I'm doing wrong?

I'm getting more and more frustrated with the whole Zipabox :(
