Need Answer

Hello

I have 2 FGRM-222, its work perfectly with zipabox, but sometime, the roller position does not goes up to 100% and stay at 99%. This report is semi open. Is there an option to say whe more than 95% it's full open, and the saome, lesse than 5% it's full close?
