Rule Creator Delay

I have created my first rule which is to turn on a Fibaro dimmer after an Everspring motion is activated. It waits 2 minutes and turns the light off
This seems to work
However the time between the instances seems to lag, ie if the light has gone off once and is then triggered again the rule doesn't seem to kick in.
Is there anything I can do to improve this?

You probably miss JOIN at the beginning of the rule.
