Rule for automatic shutdown of the alarms

Hi, is there anyone who has built a rule that turns off the alarm when the door is opened by the door lock?

Yes it does not want to get caught sensor.
Door locks should be under a separate category just like the Android app . Do not understand that software developers do not run concurrently more .

Please note that arm state can be used in Rule creator as condition for triggering rules. To be able to use it, put Alarm in Sensor puzzle. Then you will have a choice to chose "Arm", "Disarm" and "Any" as condition for rule.
But remember, to be able to disarm your alarm with rule you must chose "Quick arm" option under alarm partition settings, otherwise it won't work.
