Rule not working... what's wrong?!?!

I have an easy rule (see attached).
I'd like to receive a mail when the temperature is > 18.
But I didnt receive any mail. The temperature sensor is working fine and I synchronized the rules form the Rules creator.
What's wrong with my rule?

Ok, first of all, you don't need repeat here so remove it and leave just message.
Save the rule, synchronize rules and then synchronize box from Dashboard. Wait for temperature to change and you will receive a mail if temperature is greater than 18.
