Rules always running after removing

I have an issue with my rules.
This morning I have created a simple rule.
When you detect something then start the alarm.
This rules worked perfectly. I removed them and I have syncrhonised the rules.
The rules is not present on the rules creator but always active.
I tried lot of things but impossible to disable something which is not present.
Can you help me ?

Ok I'm trying to clean cache.
But I don't think that solve my problem.
Because yesterday I tried to use two differents browsers (Safari and Chrome).
And the result was the same.

Always KO, I did:
- clean cache,
- build a new rule, with the same actions,
- synchronize rules
- disable the new rule,
- synchronize rules
- remove the new rule,
- synchronize rules
- disable the rule
- syncronize
- reboot the zipabox.
I think that the problem is inside the DataBase of the Zipato server.
The rule is always present in DB.
Any ideas ?

Ok I have found a solution.
To solve this issue, process to exclusion of your sensor and after process to inclusion.
Like that the ID of your sensor change and don't correspond with the previous ID.
The "shadow rule" stop to work because now, the previous ID is not referenced in my Z-wave network.
Disadvantage: change the other rules which use you sensor
