Rules creator : Time waiting don't work !
Solved
Before the action I added a waiting module 30 (sec) and after the module action I added 60 (sec)
(I tried with 30, 60 sec ...)
I didn t forget to synchronize.
The action occured immediatly and don t wait anything after ...

I found a reason :
I made a "binding" between SENSOR and SWITCH, via sensor setting.
In this case, I suppose that the rule don't have priority ... So the Wait order isn t play ...

BTW, if you bind door sensor to a switch,
and add also a rule doing the same with a delay,
you should see both in action if the delay is larger
than time you keep door open.
