Rules don't run

My simple rules don't run on my Zipabox. The rules use a Scheduler and are supposed to send me an email and turn on a switch. The switch can be toggled using the manual controls. I have checked time zones and synchronized.
I have tried to verify all settings and been searching/reading in this forum. The only missig part might be the "astro" -setting which I cannot find much documentation about.
Enclosed are snapshot of rule and scheduler. Please advise.

Your Rule will Turn the switch On and send 2 Messages at 14:58 every day of the week. You don't need Astro unless you wan't your Scheduler to use Astro events (Sunset and Sunrise) which happen at different times every day, so they have to use a weather forecast.
If you wan't to use Astro settings in your Scheduler you have to Add a Virtual Weather station. Go to Add new device wizard, select "Virtual weather station" in the drop down list, click Join. Then type in your City/Country and click Save.
Your Rule appears fine. Have you synchronized all the Rules after you Saved this one?
If you have set the "Send message" puzzle to send SMS or to Voice call please note that these are paid features (you need credits) and only Email is free.

Thanks for your quick reply. Now the Astro-functionality is clear to me, hence not a part of the original problem. A re-boot of the Zipabox may have caused the rules to start running. Yes, rules have been synchronized every time a change has been made, but I have observed that changes to e.g. profile information have been lost, and needed re-entry of data. Anyway, appears fine now, and hopefully will continue to do. Thanks.
