Rules not working anymore

I've tried several times to de-power the device and re-sync the rules but, they still do not become active. They have been working fine for weeks.
Controlling the devices thru the interface still works and I can see the state changing of devices that did trigger rules in the past.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Disable all your rules and try again. If it works turn > on 1 rule and sync again. If that one works > turn on other rule. etc
This way you can see where the problem is.

Already tried that and sadly no change at all. The simplest rule does not even work anymore.

I have the same problem, I did also try to disable all rules ant enable a really simple one. Still nothing. I dont know if this is related, but i have a DUO and at the same time as the rules stopped to work the 433 stopped working. I have tried several reboots and sync but nothing helps.

Would this error mean, that I would not receive SMS alarms on my flood, smoke and breach rules!
If so, I think it would be nice with an official response. I actually use this box in real life.

I have problems with all of my 6 "motion triggers light" rules.
They have been working for several months, but stopped working when new web layer was launched. Maybe a coinsident, but still anyway....
The problem with all of the rules is that the rules does not turn off the lights after no motion for predefined seconds.
Have zipato implementet new logic, so now i need to use refres all function etc..
Se picture. This is the rules that have worked for months, but now do not turn the lighs off anymore..

I just read, that there is a problem with the wait statement. Perhaps you try without wait - only for testing!

General question: Is there a list with all the functions and problems that zipato are working on? It`s quite difficult to orientate between what maight be an issue, what is an official issue, and what are the status on them.
Last weeks it seems for every fix, two new bugs show up.. Never felt like a beta tester like this..

Yo have to select the topics you are interested. I am little bit annoyed. I bought my box some days ago. With the first steps I got fast support, but now there seems some holiday in croatia, which is fine for them. But just a little message: We are in holiday, support will be back on... and everybody would understand - or?

Same problem here. Lights and appliances are not turned off anymore by my rules.

Currently the only holiday we have is "Sunday". However we are working on many issues these days since we are replacing the old user interface with the new one. This is certainly critical issues, as there are more then just a few options available to users within a Zipato system.
As for this particular problem it has been fixed 6 days ago (as said by gregory)

It is your good right to have a free Sunday. Other companys do not answer for weeks. As I wrote, I had this box new and I am programming for more than 30 years. My first computer was a Commodore 64! What makes me a little bit crazy, that one day a rule works like I suggests. The other day not. One the new UI works fine, the other day I have to go to the old one, because I.e. a box does not open. I do understand, that the new UI is under construction. But especially the rule system is somewhat critically.
What do you recommend: For the moment stay with the old UI with the rules or are some problems independent of the UI and a problem of the server/compiler?

Personally, I would recommend using the New UI, as all of our resources are focused on it right now, and number of open issues are decreasing fast.
However, if there is some particular function required, and it is not working on the new UI, while it is working on the old one, be free to use it while we are fixing that issue.
Also, please note that we are working currently on all open issues to solve them ASAP, and unfortunately sometimes, we can generate some new bug. However these are always small and fast to repair afterwards.

Thanks for the answer. But I cannot use the new UI, e.g. on Chrome (Windows 8), I can not drag and drop the puzzles to the to the design space. It would also be useful if the menu stays open while editing rules.

I'm sorry but rules are not working!!!
I can't spend my time in disabling and enabling rules every day.
Currently I'm using the app to turn on and off my RGBW bulb 'cause my two simple rules di not work continuosly.
I tried to connect my Hue lamps but " sorry it's a beta" .
Documentation is poor and I'm scared to waste time testing KNX and RS232 interfaces.
I was enthusiastic at the beginning but...

@sergio: creat a new thread related to your problem and post a snapshot of the rule which is not working so we can try to help you with it

Today i noticed, that old rules work, but if i edit them, they keep working as before editing. And new rules doesn't start run at all.
Or is there some restriction to control more than one thermostat via rules? If i like to set "heating target" to 2 different thermostat, only one will work. It is same, if i try both in same rule, or 2 separate rules. Only first activated works...
