Scheduler in Rules

The scheduler is generating randomic problems when it is set as repetitive. The same rule is working if the scheduler is set without repetition (once), while it is affecting the whole execution of the script if it has been set in hourly or daily mode. e.g.( if you have WHEN+IF+other condition it verifies only the first one and skip the others)
