Can anyone access their alarm security logs ? I can't on the new UI, I rely on the old UI to access them !
I think there are general issues with the servers, I get messages from time to time that the application is under maintenance, cannot add devices at all, and overall all the web interface seems very slow.
Also I noticed that one alarm partition that I deleted a couple days ago was again in my security partition today.
I have been experiencing these issues as well, but the fact that the old UI still works makes me wonder if it's not an issue of its own -- https://my.zipato.com/zipato-web/Dashboard but I'm sure you know it:)
Yes indeed Olivier, some things just don't make sense, also Zipato explanations are often to short and confuse. Is hard to tell from this side what is really the cause of the problem, let's just hope Zipato fixes it soon, whatever the reason behind it.
